YOGA

Start out 2012 right by getting back into shape with Yoga.
Yoga is a fun way to work out your body, replenish your energy and calm your mind. You will learn to move your body and breathe together in a way that promotes both physical and mental health.

Classes take place in the beautiful newly remodeled convention space at The  Jefferson Area Business Center located at 222 Wisconsin drive. Come in and check out the plant atrium and rain waterfall in this amazing building.

MONDAY 5:30 -6:30  Gentle Yoga
Begins February 6th-March 26th
This class will teach you some of the basics of a yoga practice.  We will focus on linking foundational yoga postures with your breathing. This is a good class especially for those who want to improve flexibility and/or are new to yoga.

THURSDAY 5:30-6:30  Flow Yoga
Begins February 2nd-March 29th
This is a more energetic yoga class for those who are already in good shape or have previous yoga experience.  We will move more quickly from one posture to the next with less detailed instructions. You will leave feeling energized, renewed and strong.

$5 per class or $35 for an 8 class bundle (cash or check accepted)

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class so you have time to fill out the registration form and get settled.  Yoga is practiced barefoot on a rubber yoga mat to help prevent you from slipping. It is nice to have your own personal mat. You can find them at most stores in the sporting goods section. If you do not have a mat there will be some available that you can use for class on a first come first serve basis.

Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions or concerns.
